Online store · Start
Control over your store, catalogue and daily orders.
The right start for your stage.
For starting online sales with a custom CMS and practical product/order management, without an included supplier import.
What you receive
We first define visitors, website goals, structure, available materials and the functions that are actually needed. You receive a responsive interface and the agreed management system within the chosen plan, with acceptance criteria set before development.
- ✓Custom management system
- ✓Products, categories and brands
- ✓Courier of choice — Econt, Speedy or another with a suitable API/module
- ✓Search, filters and product pages
- ✓Cart, orders and statuses
- ✓Price and stock editing
- ✓Agreed delivery and payment setup
- ✓No artificial product or category count cap
- ✓12 months of domain and hosting
Handover includes the agreed working pages/features, management access and short training. We check navigation, forms and selected desktop/phone workflows. Content, translations, photography and specialist legal copy are supplied by the client or quoted separately.
Before quoting, we review integrations and data entry/migration needs. The entry price covers the described base scope, not an arbitrarily complex system.
How the work happens
- Discovery and a short brief: goals, structure, assets and connections.
- Written proposal: scope, schedule, payment, domain and annual renewal.
- Design and development with review of the core screens.
- Agreed content entry and real workflow checks.
- Access handover, training and an agreed maintenance plan.
Practical examples
Our owned Verdes, Dfashion and Vimo projects show real catalogues, categories, product pages and different retail brand presentations. These demonstrate business context and design; not every feature from those projects is included in every entry plan.
For an integration plan, an example workflow receives a product code, price and stock from a supplier, maps them to the catalogue and updates on an agreed schedule. Exact fields, rules, variants and exceptions are specified before development.
Domain, hosting & annual costs
The first 12 months
An available standard .com or .eu domain, hosting for one website and SSL are included for the first 12 months. Premium domains, .bg domains, paid external services and higher resources are agreed separately. The domain is registered with the client’s details; access and responsibilities are documented at handover.
From year two, indicatively from €149/year for the standard domain, agreed hosting and SSL. The final annual price and resources are confirmed in the proposal before ordering. Maintenance and new features are separate. The CMS has no artificial product cap; practical capacity depends on storage, database size, traffic and sync frequency. Upgrades are agreed in advance.
Scope & additional costs
Includes one standard courier connection of choice after checking the API/module and required contracts. We are not limited to Econt and Speedy. Extra couriers, custom services, paid modules and external fees are agreed in the proposal. Supplier/API imports are not included and can be added separately. No artificial cap on products/categories; the client can enter them. Bulk initial entry, migration and data preparation are separate. Payment modules follow the selected provider. Final price, schedule and tax treatment are agreed before work.
All amounts are indicative starting prices. Before ordering, we agree the exact scope, schedule, payment, annual costs and applicable tax treatment.
Questions before we start
Are domain and hosting included?
The described standard option is included for the first 12 months; the stated annual renewal applies afterwards.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes, the agreed sections/data are managed in the panel, with guidance at handover.
Can I use a different courier or add an integration?
We review your chosen provider/API and confirm compatibility, scope and any additional charge first.
Is there a product/category cap?
The CMS has no artificial count cap; hosting resources and actual load determine practical capacity.
Is this the final price?
No. It is a starting price; the written proposal defines exact scope, schedule and costs.
